The Association Le Corps Éveillé proposes a walk around La Couarde, between coast and land, to discover the local flora.

To accompany us from the plant world into autumn, I propose an outing to discover the riches of wild plants: their culinary and medicinal interest. A time to connect with nature this season, make the most of its resources and share a convivial moment that will end with the exchange of recipes over a herbal drink. The dates for the coming months are announced at the start of each week. In May: 1 May from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm with a shared picnic at Les Grenettes/Sainte Marie €20 8 May from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm at La Couarde. €15 15 May from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm at Ars. €15 Participation: 15€, on registration Information and booking: 06 10 95 80 31 The exact meeting place (in La Couarde) will be communicated to you when you register.
