Description
The Fleur de Sel Festival will take place at Les Portes. It will highlight the traditional know-how of the salt-marsh workers and offer an immersion into the world of salt marshes.
With Arthur Da Costa Adao, head chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant L’Écailler in La Flotte, as patron.
An event organised by the Charente-Maritime department, in collaboration with the Association of Salt Producers of the Île de Ré (Apsir), the Écomusée du Marais Salant and the municipality of Les Portes-en-Ré.
A village covering over 3,000 m²: talks, stalls, exhibitions, food trucks and culinary discoveries, children’s activities, and free tours of the salt marshes.
