The Fleur de Sel Festival will take place at Les Portes. It will highlight the traditional know-how of the salt-marsh workers and offer an immersion into the world of salt marshes.
Join Florent Chagnolaud, lead chef at the Cité des Goûts et des Saveurs in Charente-Maritime, to discover local products through various techniques involving salt—cooking, seasoning, preservation—before sampling his gourmet creations. Throughout the year, the chef showcases products from the 153 local producers and artisans featured in the departmental brand “+ de 17 dans nos assiettes.”
Chef Arthur Da Costa will also be making several appearances in this space.
