Christine Didier, a teacher at the Ile de Ré Danse dance school and former dancer with the Paris Opera, offers floor barre classes for adults and teenagers to gently maintain muscle tone and flexibility.

Barre Fitness classes What is Barre Fitness? "Barre Fitness" is taught by professional dancers. It combines exercises from classical dance and fitness to help sculpt the body with finesse. Not forgetting grace and posture... What happens during a session? It unfolds to the rhythm of a dynamic playlist. Movements performed on the floor with the aid of dumbbells and elastics strengthen the arms. Bar exercises tone the buttocks and thighs. Music is also used to work the abs. Every effort is followed by stretching and recovery movements. Each class is unique, with a different choreography to suit each student's level. Who's it for? For all women, dancers or not, sporty or not, whatever their age or body type. What are the results? In just a few sessions, posture improves. The class, which combines cardio and strengthening, is self-sufficient. €480 per year for unlimited classes at all venues.

Compulsory membership of the French Dance Federation and registration fees: €35 per year
Course fees can be paid in 10 instalments, 3 instalments or in a single payment.
Full payment must be made upon registration.
A medical certificate is required.
