Wellness social club

Designed as a genuine escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this event invites participants to slow down, breathe and look after themselves in an exceptional natural setting between La Couarde-sur-Mer and Loix, at the heart of Les Poteries de Gaëlle and the Oclo venue. Part wellness day, part immersive experience and part social gathering, the Wellness Social Club offers a unique format on the Île de Ré, where anyone can come alone or with others to enjoy a day dedicated to wellbeing and sharing. AN IMMERSIVE AND INSPIRING EXPERIENCE Over the course of a whole day, participants will have the opportunity to create their own programme by choosing two workshops (when booking) from a range of disciplines led by qualified professionals: • Yoga and Pilates • Breathwork and relaxation • Guided meditation • Personal development • An introduction to energy healing • Creative wellbeing workshop A convivial lunch, prepared using organic, local and seasonal produce, is included to extend the experience in a spirit of simplicity and conviviality. For those wishing to take their relaxation a step further, Amma and shiatsu massages are also available as optional extras. AN INTIMATE EVENT To ensure the quality of the interactions and the experience for each participant, attendance is deliberately limited. The aim is simple: to provide a space where you can reconnect with yourself, meet new people in a supportive environment, and leave feeling refreshed, inspired and re-energised.
