Description
A weekend focused on reconnecting with your body, yoga, meditation and regulating the nervous system.
On the programme:
- Somatic yoga in the great outdoors to deeply relax and regain a stable sense of grounding.
- Sensory explorations in the forest and by the sea to reconnect with nature and become more attuned to your body.
- Breathing and regulation exercises to cultivate a tangible sense of inner security. Spaces for open conversation, respectful of each person’s pace, where expression can flow freely without pressure or the need to perform.
- Sensory rituals and meditations centred on inner freedom and the capacity to receive more fully.
Each activity is tailored to the group’s energy and the topics that emerge. You do not need to have any previous experience of yoga or meditation.
All this takes place in a traditional Réthais house 300 metres from the ocean, with organic, locally sourced and vegetarian meals, and time for rest and letting go.
