The Fleur de Sel Festival will take place at Les Portes. It will highlight the traditional know-how of the salt-marsh workers and offer an immersion into the world of salt marshes.

This tour will also give you a better understanding of the different stages of salt harvesting, as well as the essential role that salt workers play in preserving this iconic heritage of Île de Ré.
