Formerly known as ‘Le chat botté’, then ‘La villa’, this Ré-based institution, soon to celebrate its centenary, is once again thriving under the name ‘Le jardin du Chabot’.
At the helm of the gourmet kitchen since last April, the new chef, Thierry Brenuchot, offers a concise menu centred on fresh, local and seasonal produce.
