Our family home is set on a large, fully enclosed plot, not overlooked, and planted with pine trees. Access to the sea is via a private staircase at the far end of the garden. Swimming is possible at high tide.
The house is surrounded by terraces, allowing you to make the most of the outdoor space. It is fully equipped to ensure a pleasant stay and is ideal for a break with family or friends.
The living area features a cosy sitting area with a fireplace for the cooler months and a fully equipped kitchenette.
The house comprises an alcove bedroom separated from the living room by thick curtains. The separate bedroom has two 140cm beds with new bedding.
A small bathroom with a claw-foot bath, perfect for safely bathing young children, and a spacious walk-in shower is located in the garage adjoining the house.
The house is very bright and open to the outdoors, with garden furniture provided.
Please note: unfortunately, the house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
