Pleasant detached house with garden and small courtyard at the back of a lane.

Total living area: 52 m². 70 m² garden and 16 m² courtyard opening onto a passageway leading directly to the church square. Sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children), 2 additional adults on request. House comprising living room with sofa, cupboard and TV, kitchen with appliances (oven, vitro-ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge). The house includes a bathroom with a towel warmer, washing machine, shower area and hairdryer, and a separate toilet. Miscellaneous equipment: iron and ironing board and 2 clotheslines. As for the bedrooms, there are 2 independent attic cabins on the first floor: the first is 8 m² with a 140 cm bed for 2 people and a chest of drawers, and the second is 6.5 m² with 2 80 cm beds and a chest of drawers (beds with comforter and pillows, sheets not supplied).
