Located between the beach and the port, with all shops nearby, this house also offers an 18 m² outdoor area with no overlooking neighbours, enclosed by high walls and a solid gate to ensure the safety of your children and bicycles. The courtyard is equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. On the ground floor: Living room, open-plan kitchen (fully equipped), sofa, TV, DVD player, shower room (walk-in shower) and WC. Upstairs, you arrive on a ‘landing-alcove’ which leads to the bunk beds (90 x 190) and a charming bedroom with sloping ceilings, equipped with a bed (140 x 190), reversible air conditioning and a television.
