The George's menu is both eclectic and modern, highlighting quality local produce, particularly seafood. Its extension, "Villa Clarisse & Spa", a 3-minute walk from the hotel, is a superb 18th-century private mansion with 9 rooms and suites, a heated swimming pool and an unsuspected garden. The Villa can be privatized.
