Accompanied nature outing: Marie la rétaise's walks Ars-en-Ré

A Ars en Ré... Set amidst unspoilt countryside, with the scent of the sea in the air, starting from its pretty harbour, between the River Fier and the marshes, a trail of unrivalled beauty! The Martray isthmus, the sea wall running along the south coast, a small wood, fields… and the return to the heart of the village with its black-and-white bell tower. Combining the unusual, anecdotes, legends and history, a stroll through the heart of the island... All these walks take place in the morning from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, covering routes of 8 to 9 km… The tour is conducted in French only. An invitation to feast your senses on colours, scents and little surprises, So many places steeped in authenticity for you to savour… Every week, a village and its surroundings to discover, as you wander along the little paths off the beaten track… All accompanied by numerous anecdotes, legends, personal stories and significant historical facts. In this little corner of the world, you can hear it breathe, soak up the natural scents, admire its colours as they shift with the tides, and listen as it tells its own story!!!
