The Association Le Corps Éveillé proposes a walk around La Couarde, between coast and land, to discover the local flora.

To accompany us from the plant world into autumn, I propose an outing to discover the riches of wild plants: their culinary and medicinal interest. A time to connect with nature this season, make the most of its resources and share a convivial moment that will end with the exchange of recipes over a herbal drink.
