Sunset Dance

Vivante Cannelle invites you to enjoy immersive experiences in the heart of nature. A space to do your body good, let go and find joy through movement. A workshop combining intuitive dance with headphones and immersive sound relaxation. With the headphones on, you step into a bubble, away from the outside world. Your body relaxes naturally, without choreography or judgement. Then, the sounds (singing bowls, vibrations, frequencies) guide you towards deep relaxation.
