‘Reflections & Lights’ Exhibition – Artistic objects and sculptures

A few words about the exhibition: Magali Wagner and her husband Olivier Lemaître are dedicated to their shared passion, functional art — an art form that serves a practical purpose alongside its artistic value — by restoring the prestige of cardboard and paper, the raw materials used in their creations. Their approach: to transform an everyday object into a unique work of art that enhances a space, all whilst respecting the environment. ‘Reflets & Lumières’, the first exhibition on the Île de Ré, brings mirrors and light fittings into dialogue, echoing ‘Les flacons’ by Nathalie Lemaître, a painter who passed away in 2024.
