Marie Panel-Fauquette exhibits her oil paintings inspired by the landscapes that surround her and that she has been exploring for many years.
Marshes, shorelines, coastal vegetation and shifting light form the starting point for a creative exploration in which colour plays a central role.
A few words from the artist:
‘Without seeking to reproduce the landscape faithfully, I strive to capture its light, its vibrations and its emotion. Each painting is an interpretation of a familiar place, where colour transforms reality. It is an invitation to rediscover a well-known landscape through my eyes. I try to reveal its subtle poetry and its light.’
