To fund their holidays, the Nantes School of Architecture brass band gives performances where the audience pays what they can.
Armed with their trumpets, trombones, horns, tubas and other instruments, the thirty or so young students—most of them in fancy dress—put on a rousing concert lasting a good hour and a half, which is always met with enthusiastic applause.
