FLOWER POWER is becoming SUMMER OF LOVE to better reflect the Peace & Love spirit of the 1970s.
Summer of Love is a timeless interlude, a celebration of the body, the heart and music. An invitation to dance, feel and simply be.
These will be two evenings suspended between sky and sea, where time slows down and the senses are awakened. On the programme: music, laughter yoga, massages, workshops, a women’s circle and precious moments in the heart of nature.
Monday 27 July
8.00 pm Circus and music duo. Mathilde Colinet and Arthur Suprin let themselves be swept away by the spirit of Peace & Love in this new site-specific creation.
8.30 pm Concert by BRAMA – BRAMA is the trance of fierce and authentic psychedelic rock, the kind that clears your head and sends you soaring far away, a dizzying jolt that immediately puts your thoughts back in order. Experimental and as free as the air, the band throws itself headlong into a sunny, radiant folk sound, where you dance with sweat and fury, to redraw the contours of stormy poetry – a crackling, polyphonic DIY sound with noise accents and the gentle scent of drone music.
10.00 pm DJ SET by DJUK – Techno, world and tropical.
Tuesday 28 July
8.30 pm Concert by BARKING SPIDERS – Barking Spiders skilfully blend the richness of 1970s progressive rock with the vitality of more contemporary sounds. Drawing on influences from giants such as The Beatles, Pink Floyd and Supertramp, their music is characterised by elaborate harmonic progressions and bold shifts in atmosphere. They also draw inspiration from the freshness of modern artists such as The Lemon Twigs, Foxygen and Arctic Monkeys: an eclectic mix that allows them to create captivating musical narratives.
9.30 pm FLOW – NATURAL TECHNO – A multi-instrumentalist (handpan, didgeridoo, jaw harp, percussion), Flow creates instrumental techno inspired by his extensive travels, in which world instruments come together for a tribal live performance.
