This summer, L’Huitrière de Ré is teaming up with Aoré! The power of gourmet seaweed, from seaweed producers on the Île de Ré, for the sort of evenings we love.

DJ set, fresh oysters and seaweed tartare – briny, local and festive. Les Soirées Iodées take place every Friday evening throughout the season at L’Huitrière de Ré, with your feet in the sand by the edge of our pools. Book via private message – places are going fast!
