Come along to the Christmas Market at Fort La Prée, the oldest military building on the Île de Ré!

Le Fort invites you to immerse yourself in the magic of the festive season at its traditional Christmas market. ✨ For three days, wander amongst the Christmas huts and discover a wide range of stalls: gift ideas, handmade crafts and tasty treats will delight young and old alike. Every day at 5pm, children will have the chance to meet Father Christmas – an unforgettable moment – and capture the visit with lovely photos. ️ Date: Friday 18 to Sunday 20 December 2026 Opening hours: 4pm–7pm on Friday, 10am–7pm on Saturday & Sunday Where? : Route de Rivedoux, 17630, La Flotte To warm you up, a refreshment stand will be serving mulled wine and spiced hot apple juice, as well as light snacks to extend your culinary stroll.
