Practical services to make your stay easier
To make your visit even more enjoyable, we have the following services available :
– A shop selling local products and souvenirs, so you can take a little of the island home with you.
– A ticket office to book your activities: sea outings, guided tours, escape games, bike rides and much more.
– Free Wi-Fi access, available 24/7.
– A document printing service (for a fee, only via e-mail – no USB keys).
– You can recharge your bike battery under your supervision during our opening hours. Lockers equipped for recharging mobile phones and bike batteries are also available in Loix “Place du Marché”, every day of the year.
Our opening hours adapt to the seasons, guaranteeing you between 240 and more than 340 days of opening per year, depending on the reception office.
Please note: our reception offices close for the festive season on 25 December and 1 January. If any other exceptional closures occur during the year, a notice will be sent to inform visitors.

According to the season, our live chat is available at the bottom right of our website : during the day with our human advisors, subject to availability and current schedules. In the evenings, at night and at lunchtime when our Tourist Offices are closed, our AI agent “HugoLe robot” takes over. Our teams will take over if necessary, so please feel free to leave your contact details.
Depending on your availability and for your convenience, our Tourist Offices are busiest on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as at weekends and on public holidays. Generally speaking, the best times to visit are between 9.30 am and 10.30 am and between 2.00 pm and 3.30 pm. Our busiest offices are: Saint-Martin, La Flotte and Ars. Offices that tend to be busier in the morning: Le Bois, Sainte-Marie, Rivedoux.
