Since 2019, Baudo has been offering event catering and private chef services on Île de Ré and in La Rochelle, providing bespoke culinary experiences at home or on-site. Located in the heart of the artisanal village of Loix, Baudo serves contemporary cuisine inspired by our Parisian experience, featuring carefully selected ingredients and meticulous attention to every detail.
