Located in the heart of the artisanal village of Loix, Baudo serves contemporary cuisine inspired by our Parisian experience, featuring carefully selected ingredients and meticulous attention to every detail.
Our wine cellar, open year-round, features a selection of appellation wines and natural wines, while our house-made products and takeout dishes extend the Baudo experience into everyday life. This authentic connection guides every aspect of our commitment to CSR and responsible gastronomy.
