Christophe Frigière specializes in market and seafood cuisine, grilled over a wood fire in a bistro atmosphere, with a menu that changes according to the whims of the sea and new arrivals... You'll be able to discover, among other dishes: lean meat terrine, Charentaise chowder, wood-grilled sea bass, cuttlefish stew with mouclade sauce, and for meat lovers: rack of lamb with thyme or 5A andouillette. For dessert, baba cool and poached pear with fleur de sel caramel. We welcome you for weddings, seminars and meals with friends. Market-fresh, seasonal cuisine.
