New in 2026: Les Miniz Fillattes is a seasonal rental for couples or families of 2 to 5 people, depending on the season. It is a village house, typical of the Île de Ré. You have all the advantages of a spacious house at a mini price. The house consists of a fitted kitchen, a dining room and an adjoining living room. There are two bedrooms upstairs: the “Wood” bedroom for 2 people with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm or 2 x 90 x 200 cm) and the “Blue” bedroom for 3 people with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm or 2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm). The south-west facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a gas plancha grill and deckchairs. The added bonus: an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach. The rental is very well located in the village of Saint Clément des Baleines. You are a 2-minute walk from the “Les Salorges” bus stop, and also 2 minutes from the center, its outdoor market, shops, and the “Cycland” bike rental shop. The bike paths are 50 meters from Les Miniz Fillattes, where you can discover the superb bird sanctuary of Lilleau-des-Niges and the large sandy beach of La Conche, close to the must-see site of Le Phare des Baleines. There is also a beautiful walk to discover called “La Côte sauvage” (the wild coast), along the Atlantic Ocean towards the Phare des Baleines lighthouse.
