This 4-star holiday home, built in the traditional Ré style, features brand-new fittings and high-quality amenities. It is situated in the heart of the village in a quiet neighbourhood.

Private sale. Spacious, its south-facing aspect makes it a bright and very pleasant home to live in. It is situated next to the large sandy beaches of the south of the Île de Ré, a top kitesurfing spot, cycle paths and close to the city of La Rochelle. It is single-storey and accessible to people with reduced mobility (with the exception of the kitchen). It comprises a large living area (entrance hall, kitchen, living room, lounge) of over 50 m² opening onto the terrace, a large, very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (including 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate entrance), 3 bathrooms or shower rooms, 2 WCs and a utility room. The bedding is new and of high quality. In addition to the master suite overlooking the garden and fitted with a 1.60m bed and its own shower room/WC, this gîte offers one bedroom with two 0.90m beds (or one 1.80m bed) with its own dressing room and bathroom, another bedroom with two 0.90m beds (or one 1.80m bed) opening onto the terrace, and a fourth with a 1.60m bed. Two sofa beds in the living room provide four additional comfortable sleeping places, accommodating a total of 12 people. Its landscaped, walled garden, which is not overlooked, features a wooden terrace with an electric awning and garden furniture for dining with 10–12 people, a patio with a relaxation area, a canopy and a private garage. A table tennis table, board games and 4 bicycles are provided. This modern house has an energy rating of A or is classified as low-energy. It is heated by a heat pump. It is equipped with two flat-screen televisions, including a large one in the living room, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a barbecue, and more. A cleaning service and linen hire are available on request. As the owners, we will welcome you on your arrival.
