This holiday home, in a Retais style, is classified as 4-star, and has new equipment with very good facilities.

It is located in the heart of the village in a quiet area. Spacious, its southern exposure makes it a bright and very pleasant house to live in. It is located next to the large sandy beaches of the south of the Ile de Ré, a high spot for kite-surfing, with cycle paths and close to the town of La Rochelle. It is on the ground floor and accessible to people with reduced mobility (except for the kitchen).
