Set on a private lane with private parking, the property overlooks a landscaped garden with a heated swimming pool. The guest rooms were renovated in 2026 and each offers private access and all the amenities needed to ensure you have a very pleasant stay. Just 900 metres from Montamer beach and 400 metres from local amenities, our ‘Adults Only’ establishment offers three spacious, charming guest rooms, each equipped with a private jacuzzi, providing our guests with a unique experience of relaxation and well-being. The rooms, ranging in size from 30 to 45 m², all feature a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet, a cosy lounge with a Nespresso machine, kettle and mini-bar, a television and fibre-optic Wi-Fi, as well as a private jacuzzi area. Access to the heated swimming pool is available at your convenience from 10am to 8pm, so you can relax on our sun loungers and in the lounge areas provided. Breakfast is served from 8.30am by the pool, weather permitting. Coffee and tea are included in your stay. On request, you can enjoy oysters and local produce with a drink at an additional cost. Linen (bed sheets, towels, bath towels, pool towels and bathrobes) is included… The property is situated between the two main squares in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré: Place d'Antioche and Place des Tilleuls, 800 metres away, each with their own markets, shops and restaurants.
