Stand-up paddling is an easy-to-access water sports activity that allows you to cruise along the coastline and gently tone your body in a natural position. If you can swim, that's all you need for SUP. It's the easiest way to learn to glide on the water. Jordane, a qualified sports instructor, and her team welcome you to the Sup Evasion stand-up paddle school on the beautiful Prises beach in La Couarde-sur-Mer. They'll be with you every step of the way, whether you're on a tour of the natural areas of the Ile de Ré, taking part in a training course, an introductory session, a private lesson or a SUP Fitness session. The Sup Evasion school is approved by the French Ministry of Youth and Sport.
