Discovery walk ’In the heart of Bois-Plage-en-Ré’

1. Leave the Gollandières beach car park and turn right into the Promenade de la Plage for 170 m. Turn left into Avenue de la Plage and follow it for 420 m.

2. At the crossroads, turn left into rue du Peu Migné and follow it for 150 m. Continue straight ahead on rue du Fief for 250 m, crossing rue de la Glacière. Turn left into rue Saint-Exupéry and drive for 25 m. Turn right into rue de la Sardinerie for 75 m to reach Place du Rêve. Turn right into rue Jacob and continue for 75 m. Turn right into rue Chef de Ville and follow it for 230 m.

3. At the intersection, turn right into rue Aristide Briand and continue for 50 m. Turn right into the winding venelle de la Fileraise and follow it for 100 m. Turn left into rue Saint-Exupéry for 150 m. Follow rue de l'église for 100 m.

4. Turn right into rue de la Blanche and follow it for 100 m. Turn left and follow rue des Charrettes for 75 m. Turn right into rue des 3 Oranges and continue for 50 m, crossing rue Charles de Gaulle.

5. Continue straight on into rue du Peu Robin for 180 m. Then straight ahead for another 400 m into rue des Pingettes, crossing rue des Grasses. Continue straight on into rue des Sauzes for 200 m, crossing raise Maritaise. Turn right into rue des Dunes and continue for 300 m.

6. To complete the route, turn left towards the sea for 300 m to reach the wooden jetty overlooking the beach and return to the starting point.
