This month, we were in the mood for creativity and artistic inspiration, so we called on Oriane Marie, an illustrator based in Couard and La Rochelle, whose cheerful and colourful work we really love!
Join her to create an accordion-style book with a front and back cover, on the theme of spring.
Oriane will provide her own handmade stamps, collage materials and, at times, paint to encourage the artistic creativity of young and old alike, always adapting the workshop to the age and skills of the children present – after all, she used to be a primary school teacher!
The workshop will proceed as follows:
- A brief explanation of the technique
- Creating a logical sequence of drawings
- Making the book using paint and collage
