In April and May, the municipal library and the Town Hall are organising events focusing on Haiti – current affairs, culture and literature – as part of ‘Mois des Mémoires’ (a month dedicated to the history of the slave trade, slavery and their abolition).
Jean-Marie Théodat is a geographer, writer and senior lecturer.
During this talk, he will discuss Haiti’s political and constitutional situation, its population and the daily lives of Haitians.
Booking recommended.
