THE YOUTH AND POPULAR EDUCATION CENTER OF BOIS-PLAGE-EN-RÉ CELEBRATES ITS 60TH ANNIVERSARY 60 years of history, encounters, culture, sharing and conviviality… Let’s celebrate together! For this occasion, the Center invites you to a festive weekend on June 12th, 13th and 14th in the heart of Bois-Plage-en-Ré. Friday, June 12 Jean-Marc Desbois sings Lavilliers Free admission Saturday, June 13 3:00 PM – Musical carnival Soapbox parade with music Departure from Place Gambetta 4:00 PM – Official inauguration Friendship drink and awards ceremony for volunteers 7:00 PM – Friendly buffet Salle des Oyats Reservation required – €5 participation fee Payment by cheque Sunday, June 14 3:00 PM – Concert by the Hautes Raises Choir Free admission Throughout the weekend Exhibitions by local artists Photo retrospective of the Center’s 60 years Every day from 10 AM to 1 PM and from 3 PM to 6 PM Guest of honour: Jean-Marie Meslin Sculptor from Île de Ré Come and celebrate 60 years of community life, creativity and togetherness in Bois-Plage-en-Ré!
