In the village of La Couarde-sur-Mer, right next to the cinema La Maline, you'll find Marie Blandin's studio-gallery, where she welcomes you all summer long

With her explosions of colour influenced by action painting, and particularly her palette of blues inspired by the sea and skies of the Île de Ré, Marie Blandin creates abstract canvases that convey emotion. The multiple layers of paint give off an intensity and energy that allow you to lose yourself in the textures and splashes of colour, revealing mysterious shapes that weave a story.
