Sailing school affiliated to the French Sailing Federation since 2007. Hire, courses and private lessons Windsurfing, surfing and bodyboarding, catamarans, kayaking or kayak surfing, paddle...

For 30 years, Olivier and Marie-Pierre have been at the helm of the "La Cabane Verte" sailing school (I know, funny name for a boat). We welcome you from April to September on the Gros Jonc beach in Le Bois-Plage. The sailing school is affiliated to the Fédération Française de Voile (French Sailing Federation), and we take great care to ensure that our instructors teach the children to sail safely. Our aim is to help children discover and love the sea through our passion for sailing in all its forms. Whether windsurfing, funboarding, catamaran sailing, kayaking, surfing, stand-up paddling, kitesurfing or wakeboarding, all our Cabane Verte instructors regularly practice these disciplines. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our playground, the sea. Sustainable tourism
We are very involved in the protection of our environment, namely the Ile de Ré and more particularly the beach and the dune.
We recycle as much as we can of our plastic and fiber boat hulls, sorting everything we can.
We use a lot of sun creams, but only eco-labelled ones that protect and respect the oceans (octocrylene-free).
Because the sea is our Mother, we must respect it!
