Villa Phénix

Villa Phénix offers 260 m² of generous interior space, decorated in light and dark tones to create an atmosphere that is both chic and very relaxed, reflecting the character of the Île de Ré.
The villa is very well equipped for a family reunion or a group getaway, with seven large bedrooms and open, elegant living spaces.
The villa is divided into three parts: the “sleeping” area with five bedrooms, three of which are located on the ground floor, which is useful for older guests, and a TV lounge; the living area with a lounge with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and separate toilet; and the annex with two bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

The bedrooms
- Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom (Annex 1): Bedroom, garden level, direct access to the garden, in another building. The bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and a shower.
- Bedroom 2 - Children's bedroom (Annex 1): Bedroom, garden level, direct access to the garden, in another building. The room has two 90 cm single beds. Shared bathroom outside the room.
- Bedroom 3 - Guest Room (Annex 1): Bedroom, terrace level, in another building. The room has two 90 cm single beds. Shared bathroom outside the room. Shared toilet.
- Bedroom 4 - Guest bedroom (Annex 1): Bedroom, 1st floor, in another building. The bedroom has one 180 cm double bed. Shared bathroom outside the bedroom, with shower.
- Bedroom 5 - Children's bedroom (Annex 1): Bedroom, 1st floor, in another building. The room has two 90 cm single beds. Shared bathroom outside the room with shower.
- Bedroom 6 - Guest room (Annex 2): Bedroom, pool level, in another building. The room has one 180 cm double bed that can be converted into twin beds. Shared bathroom outside the room.
- Bedroom 7 - Children's bedroom (Annex 2): Bedroom, pool level, in another building. The bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. Shared bathroom outside the bedroom.

The interiors
The size of the villa is also ideal for multi-family vacations; inside, there is a large living room, while outside, you can choose between two terraces for a friendly pre-dinner drink or a quiet hour with your book.
The location is ideal: quiet but with enough to do in the village to appeal to all ages and interests.

The exteriors
The completely redesigned outdoor area is a pleasant surprise, with an 11x3 heated pool equipped with a hard cover for added peace of mind and a small patio to shelter from the heat of the day. These two outdoor areas allow everyone to enjoy moments of relaxation, one around the pool and the other next to the bedrooms, where you can practice your backhand during a game of ping pong. Under the covered patio, the summer dining room is the ideal place for family meals.

Location
Combining the authentic character of Ré and the convenience of not having to drive, Villa Phénix is a wonderful place to enjoy the summer. Located in a quiet area just a few minutes from the village of Les Portes en Ré, a 10-minute walk from its shops and lively summer market, parents and teenagers can happily set their own schedule, with activities and beaches accessible on foot or by bike.
