Thanks to route 150 of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, you can reach the Ïle de Ré from La Rochelle by coach for just €2.50.

Departing from the La Rochelle bus station (SNCF train station), regional line 150 serves the 10 communes of the Ïle de Ré every day. It connects with : - trains at La Rochelle station, - Yélo city buses at the Gare routière, Beauregard and 11 Novembre 1918 stops. The Place de Verdun stop is served at certain times (see timetable). - RespiRé intra-island shuttles. In July and August, the service is reinforced with 2 summer lines 151 and 152. Reservations are not required.
