Looking for thrills and freedom? Kitesurfing lessons are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Supervised sailing and freestyle and wave coaching are sure to appeal to you if you can ride both sides and ride upwind.

- Swimming and aquagym - May to September
(ages 3 and up)

To improve your comfort in the water or simply enjoy a wellness aquatic activity, Alex Robin offers swimming lessons and aquagym sessions in the pool or in a natural environment.

- Where do the lessons take place on Île de Ré?

- The kitesurfing sessions take place at exceptional spots:
• At low tide: Boutillon beach, Conche des Baleines beach and Banc du Bûcheron beach, ideal sites for progressing in complete safety.
• At high tide: departure by boat from the Ars-en-Ré sailing school, in partnership with the CNAR, offering privileged access to areas that are perfect for kitesurfing, even during the summer bans and when the beach is crowded.

- Swimming lessons take place at your home if you have a suitable swimming pool, or between Ars en Ré and Saint Clément des Baleines.

- Sports coaching takes place at your home, outdoors or between Ars-en-Ré and Saint-Clément-des-Baleines in groups.
