At l'Huitrière de Ré, we share local know-how and a simple, authentic atmosphere. Our shack is a place where people come to savor the sea, discover our products and enjoy the unique setting between the marshes and the Ars-en-Ré bell tower.
On-site tasting
Our tasting hut welcomes all those who wish to enjoy oysters, shrimps, langoustines, mussels and other seafood products, depending on the season. The atmosphere is relaxed, with tables on the edge of the marshes, a sheltered pergola and a heated hut. It's a typically Retais moment to share with family and friends.
