Our tasting hut welcomes all those who wish to enjoy oysters, shrimps, langoustines, mussels and other seafood products, depending on the season. The atmosphere is relaxed, with tables on the edge of the marshes, a sheltered pergola and a heated hut. It's a typically Retais moment to share with family and friends.

Here you'll find our fresh oysters, opened on request, seafood platters to take away, and a selection of local products: rillettes, fish soup, seaweed, chocolates from the Ile de Ré, preserves and regional specialties.
