Each flavour has its own personality. At La Martinière, we make a point of respecting the integrity of the ingredients as closely as possible. This is why our ice creams have typical textures depending on the flavour chosen: slightly glittery lemon, delicately pasty mango... We choose the best quality ingredients, use little sugar, few stabilisers and little air. Our ice creams capture the quintessence of the material.
