Group Visits La Ferme des Baleines, nestled at the end of the Fier d'Ars in Saint-Clément-des-Baleines on the Île de Ré, is an aquaculture farm specialising in saltwater farming, operating in a preserved natural environment. Discover our 100% claire artisanal products: oysters, king prawns, clams, sea lettuce, salicornia and organic marsh plants. Come and visit us on our 35 hectares of marshland to discover the aquaculture professions in claires and share our commitment to quality production that preserves the fragile ecosystem of the Île de Ré marshes. Guided tours of the aquaculture farm are available for groups and can be personalised/themed on request.
