   Bus and shuttles, advice

We strongly advise you to plan your journeys well in advance, particularly when returning from the Ile de Ré to La Rochelle (train station, airport connections, car-sharing, etc.).

During bank holiday weekends and on school holiday departure and return days, we recommend that you do not take the last bus, but rather one, or even two or 3 buses before the most suitable time for your connection. Some disruption may be expected, particularly when crossing the bridge during busy periods.
