Every year in April, the Journées Nationales Tourisme & Handicap (National Tourism and Disability Days) promote initiatives that enable everyone to discover tourist destinations in accessible conditions.

To mark the occasion, a number of establishments with the Tourisme & Handicap label on the Ile de Ré are organising events, tours and meetings to showcase the region’s accessible facilities and services. These events will enable visitors and residents to find out more about the steps being taken to promote inclusive tourism that is accessible to all.
