Sea Festival on 15 August 2025 in the port of Saint-Martin.
Programme:
-10am - Reception of official dignitaries at the port of St-Martin, Quai Clémenceau
-10.15am - Presentation of official dignitaries
-10.30am - Departure of the Navy launch reserved for the authorities
-11.30am - Helicopter winching demonstration by the Navy
-12pm - Return of the boat to the port and lunch hosted
-12.30pm - Reception hosted by the town hall at the port office
-1pm - Lunch for officials prepared by the Amicale des Anciens Cols Bleus de l'île de Ré
-6pm - Mass in memory of those lost at sea
-6.30pm - Concert by the group Les Baladins and presence of the SNSM
-8.30pm - Dance hosted by Odyssée
-11pm - Fireworks
ON-SITE CATERING from 12pm to 9pm:
– Mussels and chips, sausages/merguez sausages and chips, crêpes, refreshments (by the Comité des Œuvres Sociales) Oyster tasting (by the Cercle Nautique Martinais) – Tuna à la plancha (by the Amicale des Anciens Cols Bleus de l'Île de Ré)
As every year, the ‘Nautilus Plongée Ile de Ré’ will offer free introductory diving sessions to young people and teenagers aged 12 and over in a mobile seawater pool in the port in the afternoon (equipment provided).
