The hut is open every day from 10am to 4pm.

We offer you an authentic culinary experience in the heart of the marshes, where the meeting of sea and land promises unique flavours.

Come and sample our seasonal produce: fine oysters from claires, special oysters, imperial prawns, salicornia and seaweed tartars.
You'll also find a range of spreads: smoked mackerel rillettes, chicken rillettes, vegetable spreads...
