Located in the center of the marina, its position on the third floor without elevator and its 6 windows with high acoustic performance, oriented on the port and the sea, as well as a Velux, will make you spend a bright and relaxing stay. The covered market and its shops at less than 100 meters make the stay pleasant.
The arrival in the apartment is done by a hall distributing the accesses on the stay, the room, the bathroom and the separate WC.

The living room has 3 windows with a view of the sea and the port and a wall of exposed stone. A 2-seater sofa located near a window allows you to enjoy the life of the port and the colors of the island in a silence and absolute discretion. There is a kitchen and dining area with a round design table and 4 chairs and the following equipment: refrigerator, traditional oven, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, citrus press, Nespresso machine, and a television.
A beam crosses the room (height of passage of 1.60 m).

The room is large, has a dressing room, two armchairs, and three windows with a view of the sea and the port. The lighting is multi-zone LED. Bedding 160 cm with high comfort.
The bathroom hosts a large sink as well as a sliding glass shower, there is also the washing machine.

The cleaning at the end of the stay 45€ is compulsory during the months of July and August.
