The apartment, renovated in 2020, consists of an entrance hall with a cabin area, 2 bunk beds (1.9 m x 0.7 m) for children. A living room with kitchenette and induction hob. Bathroom/shower room with washbasin and WC. In the mezzanine, a 160 cm bed (new in 2024), 2 armchairs, 80 cm flat-screen TV with TNT.

The port and its entertainment, pedestrian streets, covered market and mini-market are 200 m away. Three supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away in a shopping area. Cycle paths nearby. Bicycles can be hired at the corner of the residence.
Beautiful walks on the ramparts, in green spaces and by the sea 100 m away. Beach 700 m away.
