Quiet location with heated swimming pool and well-exposed private terrace 300 m from the wild coast, 500 m from the Baleines lighthouse and 800 m from La Conche beach.

Located near the Baleines lighthouse, 5 minutes from La Conche beach, one of the most beautiful on the Ile de Ré, the residence is also 400 m from the wild coast (ideal for walking and fishing). Close to cycle paths, tennis courts, mini-golf, equestrian club and the Lilleau de Niges reserve at Les Portes-en-Ré.

The residence is 5 minutes from the center of Saint-Clément, where you'll find stores (grocery store, bakery, press/tobacco, wine cellar), restaurants and a daily market in summer.
All our rentals are equipped with fiber optics, flat-screen TVs, kitchens with hobs, microwave and conventional ovens, fridge-freezers, washing machines and dishwashers. A small BBQ is available on each terrace.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, each rental has its own private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, table and sun loungers, overlooking the heated, secure swimming pool.
The size of the residence (3 rentals only) will enable you to enjoy the swimming pool reserved for tenants.

Lilleau des Niges offers :
- on the first floor: a large living room opening onto your private terrace facing the pool, a bathroom with toilet and shower,
- upstairs: 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a view of the lighthouse, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a cabin bedroom with bunk beds.

Owner's tips:
There are many cycle paths close to the residence, so discover the marshes by bike on your way to the Lilleau des Niges reserve, or the old salt port of Les Portes-en-Ré or the Trousse Chemise wood...
In the evening, the wild coastline, 400 m away, is the perfect place to stroll along the seawall and enjoy fabulous sunsets over the ocean, or go fishing on foot.
Relax on Plage de la Conche, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island.
Make the most of the lighthouse area, with its restaurants and shops, but above all to sample a de la Martinière ice cream!
