La Venelle - Charm and authenticity
Located in the heart of the village of Ars-en-Ré, in a pretty, flower-filled alleyway, this charming, typical Ré house was renovated in 2016 and can accommodate 2 to 6 people. It's close to all amenities, including bike rentals, restaurants and shops, making it the perfect setting for your vacation!
La Venelle offers you, on the first floor:
- An entrance hall opening onto a beautiful living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen that's "family-friendly" thanks to its island table in the center of the room;
- A pretty, cosy sitting area with fireplace facing the terrace with bay window;
- A charming little courtyard for outdoor summer dining.
Upstairs, you'll find :
- A master bedroom with a 160cm bed and a magnificent view of the Ars-en-Ré bell tower;
- A bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, plus a mezzanine with two single beds.
- A shower room (shower and toilet) with double access from the master bedroom and the hallway.
- Laundry room with washing machine.
Practicalities:
You can park your bikes in the alleyway by hanging them on the walls of the house, as is customary!
The house is non-smoking.
Pets not allowed.
