Charming house in the heart of Ars-en-Ré
Welcome to our charming 134 m² house, ideally located in the heart of Ars en Ré. This single-storey house with its own garden is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable family stay.

Situated in a cul-de-sac with low vehicular traffic, the house is just 5 minutes' walk from the village centre, market and port. Free parking is available nearby.

First floor:
- Three bedrooms with double beds (1 x 160 cm, 2 x 140 cm), equipped with duvets and pillows. The master bedroom also has a cot for a baby.
- Separate WC and bathroom with bath.

Ground floor:
- Cosy lounge with large dining table (seats 8).
- TV area with flat-screen TV and standard Orange bouquet, as well as a desk equipped with a printer (computer).
- Separate WC and shower room.
- Fully equipped kitchen: cooker with hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and Nespresso, teapot, toaster.
- Storeroom with washing machine, tumble dryer, bike storage and a second fridge if required.

Garden:
Fully enclosed garden, including a large table with 6 chairs, barbecue, deckchairs, bench and armchair, providing an ideal space to relax.

Note: Not accessible to people with reduced mobility, due to the rooms on the first floor and the presence of a few steps in the living area.
