Catamaran and windsurfing lessons for teenagers/adults/families by Ile de Ré Voile in La Couarde

Ile de Ré Voile, the sailing school in La Couarde-sur-Mer, welcomes you all summer long to the Prises beach.

You can learn to windsurf or sail a catamaran on specially adapted equipment. These courses will enable you to learn a new sport, or perfect your skills if you're a beginner.
Sailing lessons are given by an instructor certified by the French Sailing Federation (FFV).

Windsurfing: from age 10
Catamaran: from 6 years

Beginners' courses run from 10am to 12pm. Advanced courses from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session.

Equipment supplied: shorty wetsuit, lifejacket.

Equipment to bring: swimsuit, windbreaker (k-way type), waterproof shoes. This list is not exhaustive and must be adapted to the weather.

Windsurfing beginner: 1 session €40 - 2 sessions €68 - 3 sessions €95 - 4 sessions €118 - 5 sessions €140.
Advanced windsurfing: 1 session €45 - 2 sessions €73 - 3 sessions €100 - 4 sessions €125 - 5 sessions €150.

Teen/family catamaran: 1 session €40 - 2 sessions €70 - 3 sessions €100 - 4 sessions €125 - 5 sessions €150.
Catamaran adult/teen perf : 1 session €50 - 2 sessions €80 - 3 sessions €110 - 4 sessions €140 - 5 sessions €170.

All activities are supervised by a team of professional, qualified and experienced instructors.
